Shipping Policy

Turnaround

* Due to COVID-19 interruptions in supply chain and safety precautions taken throughout industry shipping delays can be up to two weeks on some products.  Please contact us prior to placing order to see if your order will be affected.  info@traskperformance.com

All orders are shipped  Monday – Friday 8am – 2 pm Arizona time.

Overnight or Express orders must be placed by 12:00 pm Arizona time.

We may use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the dimensional weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused like new condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must contact us to initiate the return of your item within 14 days of your purchase. Special or custom orders are non-returnable

  1. Please email moots@traskperformance.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return Authorization number (RA)
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Please Include in your package a copy of your original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items may not be returned, these include, items that were special ordered, damaged items, or any custom ordered parts. In addition any merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for returns or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
