TRASK HARLEY-DAVIDSON TURBO SYSTEMS

We offer our Harley-Davidson Turbo Systems in two stages:

This kit is a true bolt on system designed to bolt onto a stock Harley-Davidson and provide excellent power gains at just 8lbs of boost on premium pump gas.  Stage 1, turbo kits are designed for Harley-Davidson motorcycles with an engine size below 120 cubic inches and are capable of up to 200HP with supporting modifications. Install times for our Harley turbo kits is usually 6 to 8 hours. All Trask turbo systems require the use of a Thundermax ECM. We can provide the system pre-loaded with a base map ready to go or we can send the tune file if you already have a Thundermax. All Stage 1 Harley Turbo kits utilize a Garrett GT series turbocharger that has been hand modified by us specifically for this application. This turbo system will provide smooth and dependable power. Included in the kit is the turbo, high flow intercooler (only on twin cams), cam cover, plenum chamber, coated exhaust, heat shields, wastegate, high flow injectors, upgraded clutch spring, blow off valve, Trask 2 Bar sensor and all necessary gaskets and hardware to complete installation.


Trask Performance Stage 2 Harley turbo kits are capable of up to 300HP with supporting modifications.  Our stage 2 kits are only recommended on engines 120 cubic inches and larger.

We offer four exhaust styles for both Stages of our Harley-Davidson turbo systems.

  1. The Original: looks like stock exhaust.

  2. The Fury: has a short turn out on the right side of the bike.

  3. The Typhoon: has double side pipe look with billet tips.

  4. The Assault: features a cool short turn down with custom mesh shields.

We also build kits for Harley-Davidson Sportsters and V-Rods!

All of our systems are offered in three finish options:

  1. Black on chrome.

  2. Polished silver on chrome.

  3. Black on black.
